Your feet will thank you for this tip

Our feet expand a bit when we run, more so during long or hard runs.  It can get pretty restrictive and uncomfortable in the shoes.

Post a long or hard workout, immediately get out of your shoes and switch into a comfortable and airy pair of sandals.

Your feet will appreciate the air and the extra leg-room (pardon the pun). Your feet will also thank you. Not to mention, you will feel much more comfortable in roomy and airy sandals.
