Having trouble getting up early for your workouts? Try this trick!

All of us have trouble waking up to the alarm early in the morning and doing our workout.

The most difficult step is getting out of bed and getting ready for the workout.

Here is a trick you can try to eliminate this step: sleep with your running clothes on!

And lay out the shoes right beside the bed.

As soon as the alarm goes off, all you have to do is put on your shoes, freshen up and you are ready for the workout!
