Do you find yourself getting lazy with your cool-down and skipping it all the time? Don’t! The cool-down is an essential part of your workout routine, and doing an adequate cool-down after your long/hard workouts will aid faster recovery.
Here is a tip you can use to make sure you get in your cool-down:
Plan your workout so that you end about 500m-1K away from your vehicle or ending point, and jog the rest of the way. If too tired, you can even walk. Cool-down does not have to be a run/jog!
