Athletic Goal Setting

Every once in a while, it can be useful to think about and set your short term as well as long term goals. The start of a new year or the start of a new racing season or the end of the current racing season are good times to do this exercise.

Use the form below to do some introspection and set your athletic goals. The simple act of writing down your goals crystallizes and makes clear a lot of things in your mind.

Note that athletic capability and fitness is built on a strong foundation of health and wellness, so include those goals as well if you wish.
