Q. Swapnaja asks “I missed by Sunday long run, can I do it on Wednesday?”

A.  A missed run, especially a long run should be completed latest by the next day, or in rare circumstances, 2 days after. Any later and it interferes with your subsequent training and caused you to miss *those* workouts. In your case, its best to just let the missed the run go, and continue as per your subsequent training plan.

 

Q. Rishikesh asks “In the rainy season, should I do post-workout stretches immediately after with wet clothes on? ”

A. Yes, I do not see any problem with it. The stretches hardly take 10-15 minutes. Make sure you are shielded from the wind and maybe put on a jacket during the stretches.

However, be sure to change to dry clothes and maybe have a warm bath, immediately after the stretching is complete.
