SCMM 2017, the most important running event in India is upon us. After months of training, many runners fumble up and make perfectly avoidable mistakes in the final two weeks ending with race day.

It was a great informative & interactive session as  Motiv8 Coaching founder and coach Atul Godbole revealed best strategies to tackle the taper (how, what, how much, etc) , the race week (rest, sleep, nutrition, hydration, etc) and of course the race day (nutrition, hydration, pacing, course profile, etc).

Coach Atul Godbole proved to be a complete stress reliever to all the listeners as he discussed about how to deal with all-important mental aspects for race day.

The session ended well as many questions and doubts were cleared.
