Motiv8 Coaching founder and coach Atul Godbole, discussed important aspects an athlete needs to deal with while training for India’s most important running event SCMM.

Coach Atul Godbole emphasised on the importance of mental conditioning for race day & how to avoid any  blunders or mistakes usually made by runners in the final two weeks ending with race day.

Strategies to tackle the taper (how, what, how much, etc) , the race week (rest, sleep, nutrition, hydration, etc) and of course the race day (nutrition, hydration, pacing, course profile, etc) was also discussed.

It was a great session as Coach Atul Godbole interacted with the athletes, gave them valuable tips & cleared their doubts.
